Application to Become a Participating Member of the MARR
Bed Scholarship Fund (BSF)
The purpose of this application is for any MARR-certified Recovery Residence (RR) to register as a participating member in the MARR BSF. All MARR residences in good standing are permitted to participate. By completing this application, Each member agrees to the following:
Program Regulations:
Only members in good-standing may participate
Applicant must have already been accepted to your residence BEFORE they can apply for MARR Bed Scholarship funds. They must have been accepted, BUT NOT residing at your residence.
All members of the program agree to accept a monthly rate of $600 that, for 30 days from admission, covers all costs associated with initial rent (including move-in fees, admin fees, deposits and other fees)
Agree to accept ½ of the monthly fee ($300) for any resident who leaves for any reason during the first seven calendar days (168 hours).
Agree to treat a scholarship resident the same as any other resident and maintain confidentiality about the award.
Agree to participate (all residents) in the REC-CAP outcomes data collection program (all MARR residences have this requirement)
Agree to notify MARR promptly if the operator must suspend participation in the program.
Agree to provide MARR with current IRS W9 tax form. If not currently provided, please download a W9 form here.
